Town of Islip charges Sloth Encounters with five code violations

Following protests and official complaints from Humane Long Island, Sloth Encounters has been issued notices of violations for possession of wild animals, change of use without a permit, lack of fire extinguishers, lack of carbon monoxide detectors and for electrical hazards by the Town of Islip.
